The Galerie de l’UQAM is holding an exhibition called Espèces d’espaces, which spills over into the Grande Place of the Judith-Jasmin pavilion, a real crossroads and gathering place at the heart of the downtown campus. This exhibition is one of the events marking the 20th anniversary of the Université du Québec à Montréal.

The artists Miguel A. Berlangua, Francine Larivée, Normand Moffat, Robert Saucier and Manon B. Thibault were able to give free rein to their imagination in these two radically different spaces that allow two different points of view.

They present ten installation works on the theme of the passage of the human species on planet earth. The ten interventions are integrated into places-spaces that reflect certain realities of the human condition.
