Galerie de l’UQAM and the Consulat général de France à Québec present, as of January 25, Québec’s very first edition of La nuit des idées. Under the theme of L’imagination au pouvoir, the event will bring together several leading figures from various disciplines such as the arts, science and politics, for an evening of thought and deliberation.

La nuit des idées will take place in the Agora of the Judith-Jasmin Pavilion at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), a central location on campus that will be made us of during the course of the event, which promises to be filled with numerous ideas and enlightening encounters. Participants will also have the opportunity to revisit the key principals that guide UQAM in its scholarly pursuit such as solidarity, creativity, engagement, freedom and innovation.
