GALERIE DE L’UQAM ACCOMPANIES YOUR JOURNEY TOWARDS 2022
December 23, 2021
As the holidays approach, the Galerie de l’UQAM’s team would like to thank you for having spent 2021 with us. May the new year be filled with kindness, health, and beautiful discoveries!
The Gallery team will be back on January 10, 2022. In the meantime, you can explore our virtual exhibitions, browse through our free online publications, watch the filmed tours of our on-site exhibitions, as well as visit Que savez-vous de moi ?, displayed across the outside windows of UQAM’s Judith-Jasmin Pavilion, along Berri Street.
GALERIE DE L’UQAM’S NEXT EXHIBITIONS POSTPONED
Stay tuned for the opening dates of upcoming exhibitions by visiting our website. We will be back with DataffectS, a rich group exhibition curated by Nathalie Bachand and featuring seven artists and a collective (Canada, France, Belgium, Cuba, United States), and faire avec, by Émylie Bernard, a graduate of the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in visual and media arts. New opening dates will be announced later.
VIRTUAL EXHIBITIONS
You have until December 31, 2021, to discover the four parts of the QUADrature project: Respiration, Somewhere, Otherwise, Sak Vid Pa Kanpe!, and Deep Times.
The ambitious Canadian Art as Historical Act exhibition, presenting art as an integral part of Canada’s social and political history, is also available.
QUE SAVEZ-VOUS DE MOI ?
Get some fresh air and visit Que savez-vous de moi ?, a long sentence co-written by artists Céline Huyghebaert and Sophie Jodoin. This poetic collaborative project unfolds like the pages of an open book across the gallery’s six vitrines on Berri Street.
